BUDDAH'S TOP 15 BILLY JOEL SONGS

  1. Piano Man.....This song has always stuck with me. It's a great story.
  2. Big Shot.....Sung like an Italian rocker would only carry a tune.
  3. It's Still Rock and Roll To Me.....One of his bigger hits and catchy as hell.
  4. You May Be Right....."I just may be the lunatic you're looking for" is a great line.
  5. Only the Good Die Young.....The Piano Man scores again with some great lyrics.
  6. Sometimes a Fantasy.....It kinda rocks for a Billy Joel tune.
  7. Pressure.....Not his best, but I always liked it more than most.
  8. Movin' Out (Anthony's Song).....Classic Billy Joel lyrics about a working man.
  9. My Life.....I still remember it as a TV sitcom theme song starring the one and only, Tom Hanks.
10. Allentown.....A little jam about a town in Pennsylvania.
11. The Stranger.....The tempo changes and don't forget this could as well as write a decent song.
12. The Longest Time.....The quality is starting to drop a bit for me. It's a little cheesy.
13. Say Goodbye To Hollywood.....A nice Hollywood tribute, I guess.
14. Tell Her About It.....I like it, but it is nearly too pop sounding.
15. You're Only Human.....Doo woppy song? It barely makes the cut.

UNDERRATED SONG: Don't Ask Me Why.....It seemed to be more popular back in it's hey day than it is now.
OVERRATED SONG: We Didn't Start the Fire.....Worst attempt at rap music ever by a normal musician.
DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH: Zanzibar.....Complete with a jazz trumpet sound. Look for it on the "52 Street" album.
ALBUM TO LISTEN TO: "Glass Houses" was the only one that interested me. That's the pick.
