BUDDAH'S TOP 15 PHIL COLLINS SONGS

  1. In the Air Tonight.....Hands down, his best recorded song...period.
  2. I Don't Care Anymore.....Oh, the drums carry this some. Good tune.
  3. Take Me Home.....It's a lyrically sound upbeat jam. Enuff said.
  4. I Wish it Would Rain Down.....It's got a lot of soul. Strap on the headphones.
  5. One More Night.....It's a ballad and a half, but I have always liked it.
  6. Don't Lose My Number.....This song must have ran it's course. I never hear it these days.
  7. Inside Out.....It just grooves so well that I can't explain it. Just go listen to it.
  8. I Missed Again.....It was recorded out of frustrations with his wife. So says the internet.
  9. Sussudio.....His solo music just got less likeable if I have this in the top 10. Seriously.
10. Something Happened on the Way to Heaven.....A song complete with a horn section and backup singers. Not too shabby.
11. I Don't Wanna to Know.....It's got a nice beat and can be found on the "No Jacket Required" album.
12. Doesn't Anybody Stay Together Anymore.....I'm not even sure
13. You Can't Hurry Love.....It has the Genesis flavor and definitely feels like he was going for a top 40 tune.
14. Against All Odds....Ah man, I really was trying to avoid this song, but I am running out of decent cuts to choose from.
15. A Groovy Kind of Love.....You had me at groovy, Phillip.

UNDERRATED SONG: Easy Lover.....It's a great duet with Phillip Bailey joining in.
OVERRATED SONG Another Day in Paradise.....Yuk! Could have picked several turds, but this one always gets under my rock n roll skin.
DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH: Only You Know And I Know.....An 80's standout. And still a great song.
ALBUM TO LISTEN TO: The "Face Value" record is okay, but a lot of this list came from the only solo album I ever owned of his, "No Jacket Required".
