  BUDDAH'S TOP 15 R.E.M. SONGS

  1. Losing My Religion.....Always been my favorite. Doesn't help that I'm not too religious.
  2. The One I Love.....Come on kids, it's a great sing along.
  3. Stand.....So good it has to be in the top three.
  4. Pop Song 89.....From their sixth studio album "Green".
  5. Orange Crush.....One of the strongest tunes they ever recorded.
  6. Man on the Moon.....The infamous Andy Kaufman tune.
  7. Bang and Blame.....Their last top 40 song which was released in 1995.
  8. End of the World (As We Know It).....Who writes a song like this that becomes a hit? These   boys.
  9. Fall on Me.....It's ballad like and good.
10. What's Your Frequency Kenneth?
11. Drive.....This is very underrated. First track on "Automatic For the People" album.
12. Superman.....Any song about Superman is a winner in my rock and roll book.
13. Everybody Hurts.....It sounds a bit depressing, yet it's a cool song.
14. Radio Song.....It's a bit funky for an R.E.M. song. Still worthy though.
15. You Are the Everything.....Some good song writing skills on this fine cut.
tie: Get Up.....Catchy, guitary. Makes me smile.

UNDERRATED SONG: Shiny Happy People.....An upbeat tune with a really cool video to go with it.
OVERRATED SONG: Radio Free Europe.....I'll admit, sometimes I don't get their music. This is one of those times.
DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH: The Sidewinder Sleeps Tonight.....Michael Stipe nails a good one right here.
ALBUM TO LISTEN TO: I can't say that any one album stands out for me. I like "Green", "Out of Time" and "Automatic For the People'. But I'm giving the slight edge to "Document" for its overall sound.
