BUDDAH'S TOP 15 GEORGE THOROGOOD SONGS

  1. Bad to the Bone.....It's an obvious core Thorogood song.
  2. One Bourbon, One Scotch, One Beer.....Who don't like to drink to this.
  3. I Drink Alone.....Speaking of drinking. I read an interview years ago, and George says he does not drink alone...or at all.
  4. Move it on Over.....It's a great rock and roll groove.
  5. Who Do You Love?.....An early hit that got him on the map.
  6. Willie and the Hand Jive.....George covers this Johnny Otis tune from the 50's like no other.
  7. Gear Jammer.....It's a real jammer.
  8. Reelin' and Rockin'.....I remember hearing this at work in the 80's. A big fav for sure.
  9. Madison Blues.....Originally done in 1960 by Elmore James. Lonesome George kills it.
10. Get a Haircut.....This song is a hoot. It's the lyrics. Great beat too.
11. Night Time.....This 3:00 song goes by so fast. It has a nice beat.
12. You Talk Too Much.....A dude song for certain. Lyrically sound.
13. American Made.....
14. Born to Be Bad.....Could have been a real big hit. It's missing that tempo needed to take it to the next level.
15. You Got to Lose.....It's a winner.

UNDERRATED SONG: If You Don't Start Drinkin' (I'm Gonna Leave).....It's got that foot stomping flavor...and a horn section.
OVERRATED SONG: Delaware Slide.....Slides right off the charts for me.
DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH: Hard Stuff.....Off the album "The Hard Stuff" It totally rocks.
ALBUM TO LISTEN TO: I love the album that hooked me and reeled me in, "Maverick". His live albums are good too.
