1. Renegade.....It flat out rocks more than anything else they did.
2. Blue Collar Man.....A working man's song, indeed.
3. Miss America.....This one rocks too. Tommy Shaw is a guitar god.
4. The Grand Illusion.....One of first albums I ever owned. This is the song that won me over.
5. Loreli.....My wife's namesake song.
6. Foolin' Yourself (Angry Young Man).....Great music and first rate lyrics to go with it.
7. Light Up.....A concert anthem for years.8. Suite Madam Blue.....It's got some great sound. It's the last track on "Equinox".
9. Crystal Ball.....Any song without Dennis DeYoung on lead vocals is better Styx.
10. Come Sail Away.....One of the band's staple songs.
11. Lady.....A standout track from Styx II.
12. Queen of Spades.....It's the quiet tune from "Pieces of Eight".
13. Rockin' the Paradise.....I'm reaching a bit. Picking songs from albums I'm not a big fan of.
14. Too Much Time on My Hands.....It's an upbeat solid tune.
15. Borrowed Time.....The lone pick from the "Cornerstone" record. There are a few decent songs on this album.
UNDERRATED SONG: Superstars.....It's a classy little tune.
OVERRATED SONG: Mr. Roboto.....I spit on this song. If that gives you any idea of my dislike.
DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH: Midnight Ride.....Very good cut from the album with the awesome cover, "Equinox".
ALBUM TO LISTEN TO: To be honest, I thought they only had two, maybe three good albums. Give "The Grand Illusion" some love. It is my pick.
